SVIT-Commentary on Tenancy Law

Dr. Irene Biber has commented on various provisions of Swiss Tenancy law (see sections 253 seq of the Swiss Code of Obligations) in the new SVIT Commentary on Tenancy Law. The SVIT Commentary on Tenancy Law is a standard commentary in tenancy law regularly used as a reference book by courts and legal experts. The 4^th edition, which was published now, comprises 1354 pages and was written by 12 tenancy law experts with many years of litigation experience.
